Position Customer Operations Shift Team Lead Location; Slough,Berkshire Job Type Permanent Hours Shift Pattern (Earlies and Lates) Salary £30,000 Strictly No Agencies Please About the role:- You will be responsible for, the effective management of a regionally focused team to deliver overall customer satisfaction & operational performance, through effective and efficient coordination and planning of all works associated with WNS Contract. This position will report into the Customer Operations/Planning Managers and liaising with Thames Waters’ Regional Planning Manager. The position will drive outcomes for customer satisfaction, asset health, flooding and pollution, by executing priorities for work planning (reactive & planned) in a region. This position will have a number of direct reports, such as; Customer Coordinators, Schedulers, Customer Assurance and Technical roles. These individuals will be responsible for the operational management within a designated geographical area providing functional support, coaching and development opportunities. They will also channel best practice and continual improvement as a priority for the business.
