Then read on and find out more..... What you will be doing We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work within a busy Customer Service Department on a fixed term contract basis. Delivering HR Customer Service on behalf of many AXA entities in the UK, you will give guidance and support to more than 11,000 employees. With previous experience of working in a Customer Service environment, (not necessarily Human Resources), you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be computer literate. You’ll be an enthusiastic team player, as well as someone who can prioritise your own work to deliver against tight deadlines, ensuring that the experience of the customer is at the heart of everything that you do. The ability to work under pressure and have a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business and ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered.
