Customer Support Assistant £15,000 p.a. Our client based in Sheffield is looking to recruit a Customer Support Assistant to join their team and help support various departments throughout the company. Working days, 37.5 hours per week The ideal candidate will manage customer communications, providing outstanding customer service to uphold the company reputation, making the company more competitive and therefore encouraging repeat and new business. To manage the customer experience from the time their order is processed through to completion, delivery and aftercare, keeping them informed of progress. Identify barriers to potential delays and liaise with internal departments to progress jobs, reducing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. Main Duties: • Progress all enquiries, keeping customers updated at every stage of the process • Use the ADV Planner to track customer orders and extract information to keep customers updated on the progress of their order, aiming to inform customers before they enquire themselves • Identify any hold ups in the progress of customer orders, liaise with the relevant departments and find a suitable solution to move the order through to the next stage of the process • Create and distribute weekly order reports We are looking for enthusiastic people with the above experience. This placement is on a temp to perm basis meaning you could be taken on full time after a period of 12 weeks if you prove yourself credible of this.
