STRATEGIC AND INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS Director of Global Partnerships Unit Full-time, Permanent Grade SENIOR: Salary to be determined by the Vice-Chancellor This is an exciting time to join De Montfort University and the Strategic and International Partnerships (SIP) directorate. DMU is ranked Gold under the recent Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) and recently won the Times Higher Education and Leadership Award for Outstanding International Strategy. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead and direct a newly-formed Global Partnerships Unit, which is responsible for all the university’s international partnerships. You will report into the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Strategic and International Partnerships to develop and implement the university’s global partnerships strategy. You will be a key member of the SIP senior management team and will lead a team of staff who will be responsible for identifying and securing new international partnerships as well as developing existing relationships to maximize their potential. Educated to degree level, or equivalent, you will have previous substantive international partnerships experience, and be an excellent leader and communicator.
