Definitely not a boring job! We are looking for an Extended Curriculum Co-ordinator to join the team at our school in Wingrave, near Aylesbury. You will be an outstanding, creative person, able to demonstrate a real commitment to education for students with complex needs. You will be an excellent communicator, able to form positive and effective relationships with the residential, therapy and behaviour support teams and with students’ families. You will plan, organise, monitor and evaluate after school, weekend and holiday activities for children and young people at the school, and support individual programmes that promote learning, engagement, interaction and fun. About us: MacIntyre School is a vibrant and diverse 52 week residential/day school with superb facilities and resources for children and young people aged 10-19 who have severe learning disabilities, behaviour that challenges and communication difficulties. Many of our students are on the autism spectrum. We offer a broad and challenging curriculum that is individually tailored to provide each student with the best possible learning experiences.
