Summary Of Position : ProArch is seeking applications for IT Solutions Manager role from candidates having strong experience in service delivery, project management etc to provide strategic guidance and support for a robust and scalable service delivery within the organization. The candidate has to undertake leadership position and implement various initiatives to enhance customer service experience and better management of contracts. Essentials ·Leading large Business Operations in the multi-channel environment. ·Experience of managing banking, IT companies and outsourcing services ·Play key role in building large service delivery functions from scratch across ICT operations ·Flexibility
in adapting to any technology / business architectures in product & service development environment ·Strong support line to leadership for business development and strategic decisions. ·Contribute and adhere to development standards, methodologies and approved architectures Role and Responsibilities ·Driving growth by implementing effective cost management measures - Implement cost saving project, improvement of operational efficiency. ·Provide technical leadership on major projects; oversee developers assigned to projects to ensure they are following design and guidelines defined by technical lead and Architect. ·To work hands on with in-house and 3rd party supplied AML Solutions ·Working with other IT teams and compliance teams in London and the European branches, upload data and running scanning routines.
Keep records of processing status; ·Develop and modify PowerShell scripts to improve efficient and reliability of procedures ·Liaising
and working with external 3rd party vendors , help compliance teams analyse results ·Develop SQL scripts queries to check and verify data loaded into AML Solutions ·Working with other IT staff , implement help roll out of Compliance and Risk solutions to additional branches ·Write and update project document and manuals. ·Customer Engagement – Acquisition, retention & collection. ·Escalate key issues and obstacles to management in a timely manner and recommend solutions to overcome those same challenges. ·Document service management processes and procedures ·Define and implement SLAs/OLAs and performance metrics Competencies and Skills ·Degree in Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent industry experience ·IT service management standard frameworks and methodologies (such as ITIL) ·Business Operations & Service Delivery – Planning, Execution, Management, Process Improvement, Automation. ·Excellent MS Office, particularly Excel and Work Experience writing. Sql queries; ·Experience with Windows Server, Configuring and running tasks and scheduled jobs; ·Project Management , Customer Management skills ·SLA, Negotiations and Contract Management. ·Build, Mentor and Motivate delivery teams dispersed across multiple locations ·Excellent communication / stakeholder management skills ·Good analytical skills Please apply with an up to date CV should you possess the required skills and experience
