Fixed term Contract 37 Hours Gloucester City Homes (GCH) is an independent housing association providing excellent housing management services to over 5,200 tenants and 260 leaseholders in Gloucester. We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to work within the IT Development & Change team and the wider IT Team on complex technology change projects to support the development of the business. You will be responsible for providing programmes/projects with business analysis expertise in order to shape the delivery and provide appropriate solution options to deliver the required business outcomes. Ideally you will have some experience as a Business Analyst and may have come from an environment where you will have had experience of an equivalent role including stakeholder management, change delivery, requirements analysis, assisting with the formulation of solution/system designs from a business perspective including product/system proposals and systems integration, evaluating new products / software against known business requirements and assisting with solution implementation including UAT. The successful Junior Business Analyst will be providing full lifecycle business analysis to the business, bridging the gap between business and technology. You must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills along with a strong customer focus and an ability to understand the needs and perceptions of clients, handling difficult situations sensitively.
