An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Monmouthshire Building Society as a Project/Programme Manager. This new role will support the Business, Strategy and Change Manager in leading and delivering a wide range of projects across the Society that delivers transformational, strategic, regulatory, and operational change to agreed schedule, quality and budgetary restraints. The successful candidate will be accountable for the successful delivery and embedding of programmes and projects whilst gaining the confidence of stakeholders to achieve Portfolio objectives and providing regular updates to the Change Delivery Board on projects status. This role requires proven delivery of leading transformational and BAU change, direct business experience of change within financial services industry, along with process analysis, benefits management and business continuity skills. In addition the successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and will ideally have PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification/APM Project Professional Qualification (PPQ) or equivalent. Business analysis and experience of testing would be a distinct advantage.
