We are seeking a well organised purchase ledger clerk. The work involves, dealing with invoice queries, amending orders, processing GRN's, ensuring sites are charged appropriately updating reports, liaising with hirer desk., accounts payable, buyers,. strong problem solving abilities and experience of working in a busy office environment. Purchase ledger experience is essential and knowledge of the plant hire industry/INSPIRE system would be advantageous.
