Position Receptionist/Adminsitrator Location: Slough,Berkshire Job Type Permanent Hours Monday to Friday 27.50 09.30-18.00 Salary £17,000 to £18,000 Strictly No Agencies Please About you: The successful candidate must have prvious experieince of working in a reception environment. Have good working IT skills (and the ability to learn new inhouse IT systems) Excellent communication and orgnisational skills About the role:- You will be responsible for all visitors visiting Slough CSC, welcoming, and directing and announcing appropriately. You will be answering and screening any incoming calls. Maintaining security through the appropriate procedures, issuing visitor badges, ar parl allocation. Updating calenders and scheduling and booking meeting rooms. Sorting and distributing post, providing administration support to directors as requested. Othr responsabilities will include filing , photocopying and ad hoc duites., Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Solid Communication skills both written and verbal Personal Appearance Ability to be resourceful and proactive Ability to multi task, prioritise, work under pressure on own initiative Excellent communication and organisational skills
