We need a self-motivated, target driven individual to join our busy Sales office.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for finding new clients and candidates
as part of
our healthcare recruitment service. Working in a fast paced and challenging environment, there is potential to earn an excellent salary, including commission on targeted sales. Essential skills/experience: * Confident and positive, with an excellent telephone manner * Committed to getting the best result for all concerned * The ability to meet sales targets
* Maintaining good relationships with existing clients and gaining repeat business wherever possible * Finding
new candidates and deal with job applicants * Seeking new business via different avenues * Self-motivated
and
target driven * Excellent negotiation skills * Ability to build up a good rapport with customers
Salary up to £40k OTE (£16 - £18K basic). Ideally, you will have a proven track record in recruitment. However, full training can be given to the right candidate. We are looking to interview immediately, so act fast if interested.
