Due to continued growth and development they are now looking for a talented, tenacious and experienced Regional Manager ready to take on a new challenge in a fast paced, reactive and demanding multi-site business. Closing Date : 21st October 2017 About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously held a supervisory position and is looking to progress into a management role. This is a Field and Office based role within a defined geographical area. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Regional Manager is responsible for the improvement of the customer service and wastewater network performance. About You: The ideal candidate will have previous drainage and/or utilities experience, a flexible approach to work, customer service experience and experience of leading a team. Have the ability to develop a team to achieve and exceed company expectations, through effective leadership and performance management. Have worked with supply chain and implemented processes against performance indicators within agreed budget targets. You must also have excellent IT skill with the ability to use all Microsoft packages. A full driving licence is also required. Strictly no agencies.
