We are looking for a bright ServiceNow Architect to be an integral part of our team. Job description: Responsibilities: * Architecting and designing implementations with the ServiceNow ITSM platform * Responsible for taking the business processes and requirements and design, implement, integrate and support ServiceNow platform solutions. * Develop roadmap and blueprints to enable client transition to Service based organization with clear, realistic, and pragmatic goals that are aligned with strategic direction * Share best practices throughout the technical design documents to efficiently implement in-scope ServiceNow functionality, including, but not limited: Incident/Problem/Change Management/Asset Management * Participation in the maintenance and creation of coding standards/guidelines * Identifying opportunities to drive more value from an organization's IT strategy through targeted areas contributing to improved business performance and innovation by addressing constantly changing business needs. * Participate
in discussion to understand the business goals and guide the architecture of ServiceNow ITSM modules * Planning and managing discovery/ assessment activities and defining high-level program/action plans

Skills: * Extensive experience as a Technical Architect. * Proven ability to design an efficient approach for security, access rights, performance, scalability
and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM capabilities and objects * Strong understanding of the core ITSM applications within ServiceNow along with enough understanding of the range of offered applications to speak intelligently to their use * Expertise in auto-discovery and population of Asset Management and Configuration Management (CMDB) repositories without data duplication * Experience in web-based technologies and system integration method * ITIL Certification (Practitioner or Service Manager Certification preferred) * Experience developing growth strategies and related marketing material for IT Service Management, Cloud, and other infrastructure-related technologies and/or services. * Expert level knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP/S, etc.) * Ability to develop and achieve clear, realistic, and challenging goals that are aligned with targeted business results Closing date: 2nd November 2017
