JOB DESCRIPTION This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of ambitions personnel who are acting as an employment agency.

Our clients based in Grantham are currently looking for a temporary - permanent Administrator to help out in their offices with all areas of Administration. Due to an increase in workload and a new contact due to start next week this role would suit someone who is immediately available for work as our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

This is a fast pace working environment and this role would suit someone who thrives in a pressurised environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities • Data processing • Manage daily banking and petty cash handling ·

Speaking with external customers via telephone and e-mail, dealing with enquiries, orders and deliveries, following up and resolving issues as they arise

Liaise with production and transport department to expedite orders and to rearrange deliveries as and when required ·

Responsible for updating records and completing all associated administration tasks ·

Answering incoming and outgoing calls PERSON SPECIFICATION Skills and Knowledge • Excellent communication skills • Able to prioritise workload accordingly • Able to work well as part of team as well as on own initiative • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Previous experience of working in an administrative role BENEFITS: • Free parking • Weekly pay To apply, please contact Leanne
